Experience personalized bodywork sessions designed to address your unique needs and support your healing journey.
Individual Sessions
Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, improved posture, more ease in daily life, improved athletic performance, or greater body awareness, I will tailor your sessions to best serve your unique goals and needs.
Sessions typically last 70 to 90 minutes. During each session, I will assess your current state, and work with your body’s structure. I may also share simple body awareness exercises to support your progress between sessions when needed.

The Rolfing Ten Series
Rolfing Structural Integration traditionally consists of a 10 session series where each session builds on the previous to evoke the body to reorganize towards structural functionality and alignment within the field of gravity. This systematic approach addresses the body as a holistic integrated system, addressing the superficial outer aspects of the body to the deep core aspects of the body.
Each session in the series has a specific territory of the body and goal to optimize different aspects of the body’s structure and function. The order of sessions in the series is tailored to create change that lasts by addressing the structural patterns that occur at multiple levels.
Session 1: Opening
Session 1 focuses on creating space for breath in the chest and ribcage. Together, we notice where the breath moves freely and where it encounters limitation. By working with the front, sides, and back of the ribcage, this session supports a fuller and more balanced breathing pattern. Attention is also given to the hips, IT bands, and hamstrings to provide support for the upper body and prepare for Session 2. This opening session begins to organize the relationships between the head, neck, shoulders, pelvis, and thorax, laying an essential foundation for the series.
Session 2: Grounding
Session 2 focuses on the feet and lower legs, establishing a stable foundation for the body. This session supports improved organization from the ground up by exploring the relationship between the feet and lower legs and how they influence the rest of the body. Clients often experience greater ease in ankle movement and a renewed sense of connection with the ground.
Session 3: Lateral Line
The third session focuses on the sides of the body, working with the lateral line to improve balance and integration. Much of the session takes place in a side-lying position. By supporting expansion through the rib cage and refining the relationship between the arms, shoulder girdle, and neck, this session invites greater ease and range of movement. Attention is also given to the pelvic girdle, IT bands, and the relationship between the pelvis, lower back, and rib cage, including work with the quadratus lumborum. Many clients experience a sense of increased length and stability following this session. Session 3 marks a natural transition point within the 10 Series, offering space to reflect before continuing.
Session 4: Core
Session 4 begins to work with the core of the body, exploring the relationship between the legs and pelvis. This session focuses on the inner line of the legs. Much of the work is done in a side-lying position, addressing the inside of the ankles, lower legs, and adductor muscles of the inner thighs. More space is evoked in the relationships between the adductors, ramus of the pelvis, and the pelvic floor.
Session 5: Front Line
Session 5 focuses on the front aspect of the core, often referred to as the prevertebral space. This session is considered one of the deepest in the 10 Series, as it works with the psoas—a core muscle that attaches just below the rib cage, runs through the pelvis, and connects to the tops of the femurs. In preparation for working with the psoas, attention is given to the quadriceps, iliacus, and rectus abdominis. This session helps create length along the front of the spine, from the pelvis up to the head, while allowing the legs to move more independently from the hips. Clients may notice a sense of walking that feels initiated from the core rather than the hips.
Session 6: Back Line
The sixth session explores the back of the body, supporting the posterior chain to encourage length, ease, and fluidity in the spine and sacrum. The calves, hamstrings, glutes, tissues around the sacrum, as well as muscles along the spine, are worked with to create greater freedom of movement. As the legs and spine move with more independence, clients often notice a gentle undulating motion while walking, which helps open space between the vertebrae and promotes smooth spinal movement.
Session 7: Head and Neck
Session 7 focuses on the shoulder girdle, neck, and head, exploring the relationships between these areas. Detailed work is also done on the face and cranium, and the session may include optional intraoral and intranasal work. This session encourages the head and neck to move as a fluid extension of the spine, supported by the prevertebral core, allowing greater ease and freedom throughout the upper body.
Sessions 8 and 9: Integration
Sessions 8 and 9 focus on integration, bringing the upper and lower body into a more coordinated relationship with the core. These two sessions include one focused on the upper body and one on the lower body. Areas that may benefit from additional attention from earlier sessions are revisited, supporting a sense of stability and balance throughout the body. Clients often notice smoother contralateral movement while walking and may experience a sense of movement originating from the core, allowing the body to function as a more unified whole.
Session 10: Completion
The final session brings the series to a close, fostering a sense of completion and full-body integration. Many clients experience a renewed sense of orientation along the central line, running from between the feet up through the top of the head. The body often feels lighter and more effortless, moving with greater ease in all three dimensions, reflecting the work of the entire 10-Series.
